First, let me start by saying that the mommy of one of my daycare boys just had another baby this morning. A 10 pound 1 ounce baby. I'm so excited for them. Their other son brings so much joy to me and Luke, and I can't wait to start watching baby Cooper in 8 weeks! I can't imagine what it's like to have a 10 pound baby. In my mind, I compare it to passing a kids bowling ball, but Google had other opinions. Google said that it's compared to the following...
A sack of potatoes...Okay, we all know what that feels like. That's imaginable, really. |
If you remember last week I wrote a post dedicated to my new love interest, Pintrest. Well, I've been fiddling with Pintrest again, and here's what I liked the most yesterday!
For those of you have not been on Pintrest yet, this is a perfect summary of what it is. So, if you'd like to do any of those, you'll love Pintrest for sure! |
*ahem* Now, these ladies have no shame. I love a good scarf just as much as the next gal, but this is a little too much...*shudders* |
I'm always looking for new blogs to read, and sometimes I feel like a stalker, but then I remind myself that I am NOT a stalker, but instead I am an "Intense Researcher" :) |
This is a hidden wine cellar. Wow. I want one of these, too, but I would fill it with endless bottles of Mt. Dew and Cream Soda! |
Can I get an amen? Although, I'd have to add to this by saying that this picture goes for McDonald's sweet tea, too! |
Oh the joys of hormones. When I had a change of hormonal birth control, I went through a phase that my husband and I refer to as "the time I was crazy". It was pretty bad so I've gone off of hormonal birth control for good and we still like to mention how nice it is that I'm not crazy anymore (and that was almost 2 years ago!).
ReplyDeleteI think I could imagine having a 10lb. baby...as long as an epidural was involved!
Love your Pinterest addiction! It helps me to feel like I'm not the only one :)
hahaha ladies with no shame who you gonna blame?..haha
ReplyDeletePassing two chihuahuas? Hmm not even I would have thought of that. More mutts for the cat to bat...haha
This is hilarious. And I would go with bowling ball, but my biggest kid was only 7 lbs though lol
ReplyDeleteOh and those scarves--ROFLMAO :0)
Good job girl! Keep trying to be happy. I'm proud of you. As for passing a 10 pounder... Kyle was 10.6 and Meg was 9.6 which is why i can't have anymore kids. they did to much damage. Boo. Anyway, this post made me smile and I'm so glad i came over!
ReplyDeletehaha pintrest
ReplyDeleteI would fill mine with Diet Coke. And sadly, I have seen all of these on Pinterest. I have made a rule for myself, I can not pin anything unless I have finished the things I have pinned to do. I had a whole post about it that got sidetracked.
ReplyDelete*sigh*
Maybe after the new year.
Ha! I love those Scarves!! I just gave you an award, check it out at http://adventuresofendointhearctic.blogspot.com/2011/12/whole-year-and-blog-awards.html
ReplyDeleteThat baby giraffe is so precious! Fun pics! :) I cannot imagine having a 10 pound baby either, lol!
