One day my husband and I decided to drive down a street in Springfield close to our house. We passed this street at least 5 times a week and had no idea where it led. So, we took this street and followed it through curves, hills, and super nice subdivisions. Eventually, that road led to a dead end, so we were forced to turn around. Since I'm the type that loves to drive around new places, on the way back home I decided to turn down some random street. The street I turned on was incredibly narrow and very curvy. After driving about a minute on this road I glance through some thick trees and spot what I believe to be the top of a "castle". By that time, my curiosity had gotten the best of me. I HAD to continue down the road to confirm my suspicion. Here's what we found.
It really was a castle. How come I've lived here for 4 years and NO ONE I know has ever heard of this place. In one of the pictures, I unknowingly captured a man walking into the front of the castle. I can't help but wonder if it's Brad Pitt since he's from Springfield. I mean, this place is secluded and SUPER private. It would be PERFECT for a superstar!
Where is that? I have never seen it and I have lived here since 01. Brad Pitt's parents live down Kansas Ave (by Leong's off of Republic Road). That's why Kansas Expressway has never gone further than Republic Road.
