Happy List Saturdays

This week I have a lot to be happy about!

  • I completed my 10 page paper for my Cross-Cultural Living class!
  • I received a letter from the ALUMNI office at Evangel congratulating me on my upcoming graduation!  (oh, and they game me a handy dandy key chain that says "ALUMNI"  How cool is that!?!?)
  • I'm pretty sure that I ovulated yesterday (I felt the pain-on my right side-on an off yesterday and it went away), so hopefully I'll have my prayers answered just in time for my graduation when all my family is coming up and just in time for mothers day! (Cross your fingers, toes, eyes *anything crossable* and say some prayers that this will be it!)
  • I have been so focused on school this week with trying to make sure I get to graduate that I haven't been obsessed with charting my BBT's and have ENJOYED being with my husband and spending time with him!
  • Last but not least, I'm happy that I have a Savior who died on the cross for my sins and rose again after three days all so that I could have hope and a future!

Happy List Saturdays....I've decided!

After talking with the lovely nurse from my doctors office, I've convinced myself to chill out.  I have to or else I'm going to go crazy.  I can't live with being so sensitive to every little thing in life anymore.  I miss who I used to be.  I miss the girl who smiled all the time because she was TRULY happy.  So, I've decided to take my life back again!

  • I will learn to smile again and make sure it's a genuine one!
  • I will learn how to be content and happy with what the Lord has blessed me with.
  • I will NOT dwell on the fact that I have not been blessed with a child to call my own (YET), but I will embrace all the other people/children God has placed in my life in the meantime.
  • I will be the wife I should have been from the beginning...A loving, forgiving, generous, caring, compassionate, domesticated wife!
  • I WILL pass my finals and walk at graduation on May 6, 2011...and I will be proud that I have made it this far and acknowledge that I could not have done it without the support of all my friends, family members, and dedicated teachers!
THIS is my Happy List Saturday post because I'm happy that I am finally going to take my life back from that mean ole' devil who has tried so desperately to tear me and my marriage apart!  "Take that Satan, you ain't got nothin' on me!"
